WHO WE ARE

Veteran Appeals Australia

Veteran Appeals Australia specialises in helping veterans challenge DVA decisions through strategic, evidence-based appeals.

We understand that navigating the appeals process can be complex. That's why we work closely with veterans to review decisions, identify opportunities to strengthen their case and prepare well-supported appeals.

Rather than simply lodging paperwork, we focus on building strong appeals through careful preparation, clear strategy and the right supporting evidence.

If you've received a DVA decision you believe is incorrect, we're here to help you understand your options and move forward with confidence.

Angela Tarda - Senior Advocate

Supporting veterans and their families is more than a profession for me, it is a commitment that is both deeply personal and professionally rewarding. As the wife of a veteran, I have firsthand insight into the unique challenges that can arise during and after service. This personal connection has strengthened my passion for ensuring veterans feel heard, respected, and supported when navigating the often-complex DVA claims and appeals process.

My experience as a Senior Delegate with DVA and a Senior Advocate with RSL Queensland has given me a detailed understanding of legislation, policy, and decision-making processes.

As Senior Advocate, I am dedicated to helping veterans navigate the appeals process. I understand that behind every claim is a person, a family, and a story that deserves to be heard. My approach is built on compassion, clear communication, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for veterans and their families.
